Information you choose to send us

When you use the contact panel, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We also record which CS Infostructure page you contacted us from so that we can understand the context of your question.

Please do not include passwords, access keys, confidential production data or other sensitive information in your message.

Why we use this information

We use the information you send us to read and respond to your question, continue the conversation you started, understand whether and how we may be able to help, protect the contact facility against misuse, and keep an appropriate record of business correspondence.

We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where a conversation may lead to an engagement, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may also retain limited correspondence where this is necessary for our legitimate interests, including maintaining business records and protecting our legal rights.

We do not use contact messages to add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask or agree to receive such communications.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or visitor analytics. We do not create a persistent browser identifier or use your visit to target advertising on this or other websites.

Our hosting infrastructure still processes limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time, and security or error logs. We use this information only to deliver the site, maintain its security and diagnose technical problems. We do not currently use these logs for visitor analytics or to build profiles of individual visitors.

Service providers and international processing

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides DNS, static website delivery, form processing and outbound email delivery through Route 53, S3, CloudFront, Lambda and Simple Email Service (SES). Google provides our email and mailbox services through Google Workspace and Gmail.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable contractual and data-protection terms. Information may be processed outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area as part of these services. Where required, an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards apply.

How long we keep information

Routine enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing conversation or engagement are normally removed from the active mailbox after 30 days of inactivity and permanently deleted through the applicable mailbox deletion cycle.

If a conversation is moved into another business workflow because follow-up is needed, we may retain it for longer where reasonably necessary to manage that conversation or resulting business relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.

Website, application and security logs under our control are retained for no more than 90 days. Our service providers may retain limited operational, security or transaction metadata for different periods under their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that support website hosting, message delivery and security; professional advisers where reasonably necessary; or public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to provide access to your personal information, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, delete your information, restrict or object to particular processing, or provide information you supplied in a portable format.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or with the data-protection authority where you live or work.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact privacy@csinfostructure.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
